day three

i just finished day three of p90x. the second day, plyometrics, is the absolute worst!! however, i like most of the other days..kenpo especially. that's the sixth day! tomorrow i have yoga..which i had a really hard time with the last time i did this. so..we'll see!

P90X!

Okay, so I am starting my journey on P90X...again. First of all, I bought P90X and was all geared up to start it in September. After I got all settled at school and figured out where my classes were and such...I dove in. I was doing pretty well at first too....doing it every day! Trying really hard...and then....I just kind of stopped. I'd skip a day or two and then make them up...and then i just stopped all together. I didn't even make it past 30 days. But this time, I'm determined!! It is 2011 and it's a new year for a new ME!!

Today was my first day(again). Chest & Back. This workout was kind of brutal...it's a tough one! However, once i finished i felt so accomplished and like i had so much extra energy. This is how i want to feel every day! And, I feel like if I can make daily posts...or at least weekly...I will feel a little more apt to do EVERY workout and give it my all!
